Doing BAC - which we have a race. We have to baby crawl, back crawl, leopard crawl n back crawl again. All in a muddy field. And the fastest platoon get to....drink a ice cold water!!! What the hell...
Wild boar enter our area and begin roaming for food. Actually it look more like a pig then a wild boar but damn it was really big and I mean really big and fat. I think the meat can feed the whole platoon of a total strength of 40+
Digging shellscrap(I think that how it spell hehe) and fire tranch - I dig the shellscrap which is kinda shape of a grave just that it knee length deep for 4 hrs. From 12pm till 4 pm. It was damn tiring with many of us suffering from heat rash. Till night time our section haven't even start digging the fire tranch.
Friday
On Friday we went to FIBUA village which was located at southern part of Tekong. Over there we learn about Urban Ops. Think playing the CS is easy, try doing it real time hahaha but have fun there. That evening aroud 6pm we went for a tactical march towards San Yong Kong. I still can't forget the scenic view of the Dogra Bridge. Which have a story of WW2 behind it and a river just below the bridge. We were able to see the sunset which really amaze me. I had never seen a sunset which is so beautiful before not even from the mainland. San Yong Kong, a reclaim land which made up of rubbish. I mean deep in the soil that is. We were happy because that night we able to shower, sleep in a stretcher like bed and sleep comfortably.(It was damn cold really damn cold).Saturday
We went for our Grenade throwing, it was fun and interesting. Then back to FIBUA village where we learn more of the urban ops. Btw the FIBUA village consist a couple of shop house which is empty. So that night we were to sleep in one of the house. I and Guna we slept at the entrance of the house and we were able to see the stars. It really beautiful, my sergant says we can't see so much stars anywhere back in mainland and guess it true.Sunday
BIC which we have to leopard crawl, back crawl,leopard crawl and back crawl again, throw a dummy grenade and wack the enemy board with our rifle. While were are crawling a gpmg ( machine gun) firing live bullet on top of us. And that evening we went for a 4km route march back to Tekong Ferry Terminal and back to camp.3 Sept Wednesday
3rd Sept we have a games day and we leading the scoreboard. Sadly we have to postpone because of bad whether. We won soccer, tug of war and tentage decoration. 3 more games to go and I can;t wait to find out what the mystery gift is. 4 Sept Thursdays
At night 10pm we go for a 16km route march at ECP. We walk frm car park B till Bedok jetty and then back again. Confirm we did not do 16km, we did more then 16km. Freaking hell.... My god the march was ok just that we felt tired and sleepy. Really we were like going to close our eyes but our legs still keep on walking. We got disturbed by civilian hehe but we do act garang in front of some people hehehe.5 Sept Friday
Reach camp at 4am do some area cleaning and have our sahur and slept for 2 hrs then at 8am we do a parade rehearsal with our field pack on and all. Damn shag man and I break ma fast in the afternoon really can't stand it anymore. Lucky the SOC was cancel cause if have, we surely can't make it. So we went back on Fri night. 9pm book out.That sum of all the week activites and the whole week were like a tekan session for us, everything we do. they not happy with us...well we have just to endure. Like they say, "Not happy? Lan lan suck thumb" haizz...
